REFUND POLICY

Thanks for purchasing our products from Modern Wellness Canada. If any case you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

 

1. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Nutritional products must be sealed and unopened.

3. Modern Wellness Canada is not responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@modernwellnesscanada.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to ship the product back to us. 

 

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet the above conditions.

 

In the event an unclaimed/returned product is returned, the cost of return shipping will be the client's responsibility. In the case of a refund, the shipping cost initially covered by Modern Wellness Ltd will be deducted from the refund amount if the reason for refund is beyond our control.

 

Items purchased before the sale or promotion dates will not be eligible for a price adjustment. Sales prices are only valid for orders placed on the sale dates. 

 

Coupon codes must be entered at the time of checkout. Unfortunately, our system does not support applying discounts retroactively to completed orders. Consequently, we are unable to adjust the pricing or offer a refund after a purchase has been finalized. To benefit from our discounts in future transactions, please ensure the coupon code is applied in the designated field during the checkout process.
