What is your story?
Originally started as a recovery spa for athletes in Canmore, Alberta, Modern Wellness has expanded to serve all of Canada. When we closed the spa due to Covid-19 we began offering our services as products for personal self-care at home. The feedback was outstanding and we quickly realized that we can best serve you by directly providing you with the latest wellness technologies and health nutrition to use at home. And ModernWellnessCanada.com was born. What was once only offered at our spa is now available for all of Canada🍁!

ORDERING & SHIPPING
Where do we ship to?
We ship to anywhere in Canada. We offer free shipping on orders over $99 and most orders will arrive within a week, if not sooner.
What different method do you use for payment?
We use Square as our payment processor. Square works with any Canadian-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay.
Do you have Free Shipping?
Yes! We have free shipping for any order over $99 in Canada.
How long does my order take to ship?
We ship all orders Via Canada Post as soon as possible, most likely the same day as you make your order. Orders in Western Canada usually arrive within 3 days and Eastern Canada within a week. Please note that shipping times may vary.
How do I check the status of my order?
As soon as you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your order details and payment. As soon as your order gets shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order from the tracking number.
Can I cancel my order after I placed my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please make sure that you cancel before the order gets shipped. We try our best to make the necessary changes to your order.

Do you offer a warranty?
All our wellness tech products all have individual warranties. We stand behind our products and will personally deal with the manufactures on your behalf for any warranty issue.
